My API key stopped working — what do I do?

Re-create an API key on your exchange (trading enabled, withdrawals disabled), then go to Connect and paste the new key. Your old one is replaced and the bot resumes.

How do I pause or stop the bot?

Use the toggle on your dashboard to pause instantly. Your positions stay; no new trades open until you turn it back on.

How do I follow more or fewer markets?

In Markets you follow above, toggle any market on or off and set a custom risk per market. Use the portfolio limits to cap how much trades at once.

How does my subscription renew?

You'll get an in-app reminder before it ends. Renew from your plan page with USDT; your bot keeps running until the current period ends.

Is my money safe?

Your funds never leave your exchange. With withdrawals disabled on your API key, the bot can only place trades — it can never move your money. Your keys are encrypted and never shown.
