These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sentinel (the "Service"), provided by Christ ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated cryptocurrency trading tools and to trade on the exchanges you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country and region. The Service is not offered where prohibited.
Trading cryptocurrencies, especially with leverage, is extremely risky. You can lose some, all, or more than your deposited funds.
You acknowledge that: markets are volatile and can move against you instantly; leverage magnifies both gains and losses and can trigger liquidation; past performance and any backtest, simulation, or example results do not guarantee future results; technical failures, exchange outages, latency, slippage, or signal errors can cause losses; and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
We do not guarantee any profit, specific result, signal accuracy, execution speed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or available at any particular time. The Service may be paused, delayed, or stopped (including by maintenance mode or kill switch) without notice.
The Service interacts with third‑party exchanges and infrastructure we do not control. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, fees, liquidations, security, or changes to their APIs. Your relationship with each exchange is solely between you and that exchange.
Referral rewards and discount codes are promotional, may have conditions, and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time. We may withhold or reverse rewards we reasonably believe were obtained through fraud, abuse, or self‑referral.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data or the admin area; reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the Service; using it for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or money laundering; or sharing your account with others.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be secure, accurate, or error‑free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising from or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the [3] months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above or by notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
